Top performance requires a body that feels great to move

Whether you’re a national level athlete with some pelvic, groin or hip problems, or have just had a baby and are returning to running, you’re in the right place.

Aches and pains ruin performance – and repeated groin strain, back pain and incontinence are often the result of poor pelvic biomechanics during sport. Around 30% of athletes even suffer incontinence – both men and women! But this can be fixed.

We will use video analysis as part of our Performance Assessment to watch how your body moves and plan the improvements you need to relieve pain and optimise performance. You’ll leave with a better understanding of your problem and a detailed individual plan to help you hit your targets.
